Scrapville January Pack

is available.  I am sure if you send Janet an email, she will accommodate you and your kit fetish, lol.  There are also a limited number of Booster packs available if you purchase the Monthly Pack.

My Minds Eye - Fun Day
For the first Monthly Pack this year we are running with a Kraft pack from MME.  A heavier cardstock with a rustic addition of black and a touch of cream makes for an interesting combination.
Here we have some lovely bits to compliment this rustic pack, including your standard mix of black and white cardstock, 4 doublesided kraft patterned papers, black chip thickers, a vintage journal card, black lace trim, gold/black doubleface satin ribbon, a black crocheted flower and a sheet of dictionary paper.
In the Booster you can expect 2 doublesided kraft patterned papers, a sheet of cream cardstock, paper roses and a mixture of bling to add to the mix.

What do you think?

Here are my creations thus far:

Layout 1 - Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Broken China
Cuttlebug embossing folder - Clockworks
Marvin 3" scalloped circle punch

I used the Distress Ink on the distressed edges, on the embossed pp strips and on the scalloped circle punch. I then gathered the scalloped circle so that it didnt sit too flat on the layout to give dimension. I also used some Pinecone Versacolour over the broken china to grunge the blue down a bit.

Layout 2 - Versacolour - Pinecone
Stickles - Walnut Stain
Martha Stewart - Modern Garland Edge Punch
Again, all edges are distressed and inked with the Pinecone. The circles, as well as the title block from the Dictionary paper are also inked with Pinecone. The Walnut Stain Stickles was added to the Rosette for colour.

Card - Kindy Glitz - Crystallina
Martha Stewart - Modern Garland Edge Punch
A very simple card using left overs froom the kit. The Kindy GLitz was used on the black flowers for sparkle.

Please say hi and let me know what you think ☺
