Scrapville sharing time
Oh, where to start?
June pack layout #1
Again, I find myself apologising for the poor scan. The bulkiness of the flower created a lot of shadows on the layout and I cant seem to photograph layouts either :(
The doily has been cut in half and misted with Creme de Chocolat Glimmermist, as has the picket fence. The rose lace has been misted with Mels Diner. I have pop dotted a number of punched flutterbies.
June pack layout #2
Again, scanning shadows :( Mels Diner and Creme de Chocolat Glimmermist splatters on background. The large flower has been misted with Mels Diner, and the doily with Creme de Chocolat. Lots of pp blocks and a strip of bling. The title says 'happy girls are the prettiest" - descibes the delightful Miss K to a tee :)
June Scrapburst #1
Kraft + 2 colours - blue and yellow. Photo collage of Wet n Wild from our recent runaway trip to the Sunshine state. Sunflower and Jazz Blue Glimmermist splatters, Daffodil Liquid Pearls and Broken China Distress Stickles, as well as Yellow Spark embossing powder. Simple yet effective (at least I think so).
June Scrapburst #3
This one is my favourite!! Raw and rustic with 3 handmade items - 3 calico flowers. Also a hessian flag. Wooden letters left raw. Addition of more hessian and corrugated cardboard adds to the theme ;)
June Scrapburst #4
This Scrapburst needs to use the word "EYE" in the title and be true to that theme. A very simple layout of Mitchell's blue eyes (and yes, they are that blue at times!!) Wanted the whole emphasis on the colour.
Thanks so much for visiting - head on over to Scrapville for further inspsiration :), and whilst you are there, subscribe to the fabulous monthly packs by emailing Janet - go on, I know you want to :)
Looking forward to reading what you have to say about my layouts

Wow Ladies, you must get about these:
JUNE SCRAPBURSTS
Hi Everyone, well here we go again with another round of ScrapBursts. Yes, we have prizes up for grabs and some interesting challenges to get that mojo bursting. All ScrapBursts will run throughout June, with winners being announced on July 2nd. I am giving you ALL the challenges up front so that you can choose which ones you want to do first, although all are due by June 30th - same Pumpkin Time!
Ok, after each ScrapBurst Challenge below you will be given the criteria. You must stick to this criteria to be eligible for a prize. There must be a minimum of 4 entries in each challenge before a prize will be given. For all the challenges you can choose to use any of the following Techniques in addition to the individual criteria: inking, painting, misting, stamping, sewing and distressing
Kits, yes that's right, Kits! Not compulsory, but an added option for you.
The Kits will include value added products to let you complete your challenge without the hassle of searching for products.
If you purchase a Kit, you can only use WHAT IS IN THE KIT, plus your allowed Techniques as listed above.
IF you choose to purchase a ScrapBurst Kit for either of the 4 ScrapBurst Challenges and you WIN that ScrapBurst Challenge, you will win back a prize voucher to the value of your purchased Kit (with proof of purchase..), PLUS the ScrapBurst Prize! Either way you win, BUT if you purchase a Kit you win DOUBLE!! Give it some thought....... as there will only be a limited number of Kits available in each ScrapBurst Challenge.
SCRAPBURST #1 - KRAFT + 2 COLOURS
Your layout can only include a combination of Kraft and 2 other Colours. Mix and Match to get them right, but only using these elements. You may use your chosen techniques BUT in these colours (where applicable)!
SCRAPBURST #2 - BUNTING & A TREE
Your layout must include a length of Bunting and a Tree.
The Bunting can be any shape or style, but you MUST use MORE than 3.
The Tree can be in the paper, a stamp, screen, chip shape or other - but you MUST have BOTH on the layout.

Another Scrapville May pack Creation
I love this pack from Scrapville - awesome job Janet :)
Here is layout no 2
I spent the majority of my recent birthday trip to Queensland at the Theme Parks, and I went on most of the rides - by myself the majority of the time. It appears I have raised 2 princesses, not adrenalin junkies like their mother :)
Have a lovely Saturday all
Till next time

Scrapville Creations
Its time to share a couple of creations using the Scrapville May pack and also the May-June Sketch.
First off is the May pack, which contains the gorgeous Fancy Pants Be You pp's - so much fun creating with these :)
I have also used the Twisted Sketches #150 for this layout. Head on over to the Twisted Sketches blog to check out the sketch and the inspiration of the talented design team.
The May-June sketch has also been released at Scrapville
and has been designed by the very talented DT member Anita Bownds
I have used BG Konnichiwa pp's, as well as foam Thickers, Manor House flowers and black lace leaf trim. I have also done some fussy cutting of the spindly flowers from the BG Koi Pond patterned papers to create the flourishes on the sketch. The background paper is from Graphic45. All products are available from Scrapville
Until next time - happy Tuesday
